The control files an observing index applied and refused.

Fields

limits: ControlLimits

The limits the index applied control files under.

applied: u64

Control files whose rules apply.

rules: u64

Accepted rules summed once per governing directory, including repeated sources.

refused: u64

Control files refused, counted exactly.

refusals: Vec<RefusedControl>

Refused control files in path order, at most crate::MAX_RETAINED_ISSUES of them. A list shorter than Self::refused is truncated.
