Expand description

One matching entry in a flat view. Directory size and mtime describe its subtree after exclusions; other entries carry their own metadata. Nested rows may overlap.

Fields§

§path: PathBuf

Path relative to the index root.

§kind: EntryKind

What the entry is.

§bytes: u64

Apparent bytes.

§allocated: u64

Allocated bytes.

§mtime_ns: i64

Modification time in nanoseconds since the Unix epoch.

§files: Option<u64>

Descendant regular files for a directory; absent for other entry kinds.

§dirs: Option<u64>

Descendant directories, excluding the matching root; absent for other kinds.

§complete: Option<bool>

Whether a directory’s eligible subtree was listed in full, so its bytes, counts, and modification time are exact; Some(false) makes them lower bounds and its age unknown. Absent for other kinds.

§age_ns: Option<i128>

Signed nanoseconds since modification at the request’s reference instant, or None when the reference is unrepresentable or the subtree is incomplete.

§ignored: Option<bool>

Whether .gitignore rules ignore this entry, or None when the index observed no control state.
