Result of Ramsay monotone smoothing via integral-of-exponential representation.
The fitted values are structurally monotone: since f'(t) = β₁·exp(w(t)) and
exp(w(t)) > 0 always, the sign of β₁ determines direction. This guarantee
holds even if the Gauss-Newton iteration did not fully converge.

iterations: usizeNumber of Gauss-Newton iterations executed.
converged: boolWhether the Gauss-Newton update norm fell below 1e-8 before max_iter.
