Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.fitted_values: Vec<f64>Fitted values ŷ (length n).
residuals: Vec<f64>Residuals y − ŷ (length n).
component_fits: Vec<Vec<f64>>Component fits f_j(ξ_j) per component. Length = ncomp + scalar_covariates.ncols()
(when scalar covariates are provided, indices 0..ncomp correspond to FPC components;
subsequent entries to scalar covariates).
intercept: f64Mean response intercept.
bandwidths: Vec<f64>Per-component bandwidth. Length = ncomp + scalar_covariates.ncols().
Indices 0..ncomp correspond to FPC components; subsequent entries to scalar covariates.
ncomp: usizeNumber of FPC components used.
r_squared: f64R² statistic.
fpca: FpcaResultEmbedded FPCA result for projecting new data.
