pub struct TvdMssConfig {
pub emp_factor_mss: f64,
pub emp_factor_tvd: f64,
pub central_region_tvd: f64,
}Expand description
Configuration for tvdmss. Defaults reproduce the fdaoutlier tvdmss defaults.
Fields§
§emp_factor_mss: f64IQR multiplier for the shape (MSS lower-fence) stage. Default 1.5.
emp_factor_tvd: f64Inflation factor for the magnitude-stage functional boxplot. Default 1.5.
central_region_tvd: f64Fraction of the original n used as the stage-2 central region. Default 0.5.
Documented for parity with fdaoutlier; fdars’ functional_boxplot fixes the
central region at the deepest 50%, so this field is currently informational.
