Numeric output of the depthgram statistic (no rendering).
For univariate (p=1) functional data the three representations (dimension-wise _d, time-wise
_t, correlation-corrected _t2) are identical.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.mbd_mei_d: Vec<f64>MBD of the MEI vector, dimension-wise.
mei_mbd_d: Vec<f64>MEI of the MBD vector, dimension-wise.
mbd_mei_t: Vec<f64>MBD of the MEI vector, time-wise (equals _d for p=1).
mei_mbd_t: Vec<f64>MEI of the MBD vector, time-wise (equals _d for p=1).
mbd_mei_t2: Vec<f64>MBD of the MEI vector, correlation-corrected (equals _d for p=1).
mei_mbd_t2: Vec<f64>MEI of the MBD vector, correlation-corrected (equals _d for p=1).
shape_outliers: Vec<usize>Row indices flagged as shape outliers (upper fence on the parabola deviation).
magnitude_outliers: Vec<usize>Row indices flagged as magnitude outliers (functional boxplot on MBD).
mbd: Vec<f64>Modified band depth per curve.
mei: Vec<f64>Modified epigraph index per curve.
