Result of kCFC per-cluster FPCA clustering.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.cluster: Vec<usize>Cluster assignment for each curve (0-based, contiguous, length n).
fpca_models: Vec<Option<FpcaResult>>Per-cluster FPCA models.
fpca_models[k] is None if cluster k was empty at convergence.
reconstruction_errors: FdMatrixReconstruction error matrix (n × k).
reconstruction_errors[(i, k)] is the L2 squared reconstruction error
of curve i against cluster k’s FPCA model.
iterations: usizeNumber of iterations performed.
converged: boolWhether the algorithm converged (no label changes in the last iteration).
