#[non_exhaustive]pub struct DbscanResult {
pub cluster: Vec<Option<usize>>,
pub n_clusters: usize,
pub n_noise: usize,
pub distances: FdMatrix,
}Expand description
Result of DBSCAN density clustering over functional data.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.cluster: Vec<Option<usize>>Cluster assignment for each curve.
None = noise (not part of any dense cluster).
Some(c) = cluster index c (0-based, contiguous).
n_clusters: usizeNumber of discovered clusters (excludes noise points).
n_noise: usizeNumber of noise points (curves assigned None).
distances: FdMatrixPrecomputed n × n pairwise L2 distance matrix used internally.
