Result of horizontal Functional Principal Nested Spheres (FPNS) analysis.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.components: FdMatrixPrincipal direction components (ncomp x m_psi).
scores: FdMatrixScores for each observation and component (n x ncomp).
explained_variance: Vec<f64>Explained variance for each component.
subsphere_means: Vec<Vec<f64>>Karcher mean on the subsphere at each level (ncomp vectors of length m_psi).
