Result of elastic k-means clustering.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.labels: Vec<usize>Cluster label for each curve (0-indexed, length n).
centers: Vec<KarcherMeanResult>Karcher mean for each cluster.
within_distances: Vec<f64>Within-cluster sum of elastic distances for each cluster.
total_within_distance: f64Total within-cluster distance (sum of within_distances).
n_iter: usizeNumber of iterations performed.
converged: boolWhether the algorithm converged (labels stabilized).
