pub struct DiagnosticConfig {
pub over_alignment_threshold: f64,
pub under_alignment_threshold: f64,
pub max_bending_energy: f64,
pub min_improvement_ratio: f64,
}Expand description
Configuration for alignment diagnostics.
Fields§
§over_alignment_threshold: f64Warp complexity above which the curve is flagged as over-aligned.
under_alignment_threshold: f64Distance ratio below which the curve is flagged as under-aligned (i.e. the alignment barely improved the fit).
max_bending_energy: f64Maximum bending energy before the warp is considered too irregular.
min_improvement_ratio: f64Minimum improvement ratio (residual / pre-distance) to avoid flagging.
