Diagnostic information for a single curve’s alignment.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.curve_index: usizeIndex of the curve in the original dataset (or 0 for pairwise).
warp_complexity: f64Geodesic distance from the warp to the identity.
warp_smoothness: f64Bending energy of the warp.
is_under_aligned: boolTrue if the residual is barely reduced (possible under-alignment).
is_over_aligned: boolTrue if warp complexity exceeds the threshold (possible over-alignment).
has_non_monotone: boolTrue if the warp contains a non-monotone segment.
residual: f64Post-alignment L2 residual (weighted).
distance_ratio: f64Ratio of post-alignment residual to pre-alignment distance.
flagged: boolTrue if any issue was detected.
issues: Vec<String>Human-readable issue descriptions.
