Contains the median warp, the 50% central envelope, whisker fences, depth values, and outlier indices.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.median: Vec<f64>Median warping function (deepest by modified band depth).
median_index: usizeIndex of the median warp in the original matrix.
central_lower: Vec<f64>Lower boundary of the 50% central region (pointwise min of central warps).
central_upper: Vec<f64>Upper boundary of the 50% central region (pointwise max of central warps).
whisker_lower: Vec<f64>Lower whisker fence (trimmed to non-outlier envelope).
whisker_upper: Vec<f64>Upper whisker fence (trimmed to non-outlier envelope).
depths: Vec<f64>Modified band depth of each warp.
outlier_indices: Vec<usize>Indices of outlier warps (beyond whisker fences).
factor: f64Whisker factor used (analogous to 1.5 in classical box plots).
