#[non_exhaustive]pub struct KShapeConfig {
pub n_clusters: usize,
pub n_init: usize,
pub max_iter: usize,
pub tol: f64,
pub seed: u64,
}Expand description
Configuration for k-Shape clustering (kshape_fd).
Defaults: n_clusters = 2, n_init = 10 (robustness over tslearn’s default
of 1 — k-Shape is sensitive to initialization), max_iter = 100,
tol = 1e-6, seed = 0.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.n_clusters: usizeNumber of clusters k (≥ 1, ≤ number of series).
n_init: usizeNumber of random-partition restarts; the lowest-inertia run is returned (≥ 1).
max_iter: usizeMaximum Lloyd iterations per restart.
tol: f64Convergence tolerance on the absolute inertia decrease.
seed: u64Base RNG seed; restart r is seeded seed + r.
