#[non_exhaustive]pub struct JfpcaTransform {
pub scores: FdMatrix,
pub aligned: FdMatrix,
pub warping: FdMatrix,
}Expand description
Output of JfpcaModel::transform — projections of new curves onto the
trained joint-FPCA basis.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.scores: FdMatrixPC scores in the trained coordinate system (n_new × ncomp).
aligned: FdMatrixNew curves aligned to the trained Karcher-mean template (n_new × m).
warping: FdMatrixWarping functions mapping new curves to the template (n_new × m).
