#[non_exhaustive]pub struct GsamConfig {
pub ncomp: usize,
pub bandwidth: f64,
pub kernel: String,
pub n_grid_bandwidth: usize,
}Expand description
Configuration for the Generalized Spectral Additive Model (fregre_gsam).
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.ncomp: usizeNumber of FPC components. 0 = auto-select via GCV (default: 0).
bandwidth: f64Per-component bandwidth. 0.0 = auto per component (default: 0.0).
kernel: StringKernel type (default: “gaussian”).
n_grid_bandwidth: usizeBandwidth-grid size for optim_bandwidth (default: 20).
