Configuration for variable_selection.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.ncomp: usizeFPC components per predictor. 0 = auto-select via GCV (default: 3).
penalty: VarSelectPenaltyGroup penalty type (default: VarSelectPenalty::GroupLasso).
lambda: f64Penalty weight λ. 0.0 = CV-select over a grid (default: 0.0).
max_iter: usizeMaximum coordinate-descent iterations (default: 100).
epsilon: f64Convergence threshold on max coefficient delta (default: 1e-5).
lambda_n_grid: usizeGrid size for λ selection (default: 20).
