pub struct StabilityConfig {
pub n_resamples: usize,
pub pi_thr: f64,
pub seed: u64,
}Expand description
Configuration for FDboost-style stability selection (REG-06-05).
Implements the Meinshausen-Bühlmann subsampling scheme with ⌊n/2⌋ rows
per replicate. The PFER bound E[V] ≤ q² / ((2·π_thr − 1)·p) is reported
as an informational diagnostic.
Fields§
§n_resamples: usizeNumber of resamples B (must be ≥ 1; default: 100).
pi_thr: f64Selection threshold π ∈ (0.5, 1.0] (default: 0.9).
Base-learner j is declared “stable” if its selection frequency ≥ pi_thr.
seed: u64Base RNG seed; replicate b uses seed.wrapping_add(b as u64) for isolation.
