#[non_exhaustive]pub struct GkamConfig {
pub bandwidth: f64,
pub kernel: String,
pub max_iter: usize,
pub epsilon: f64,
}Expand description
Configuration for the Generalized Kernel Additive Model (fregre_gkam).
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.bandwidth: f64Per-covariate bandwidth. 0.0 = auto via LOO-CV (default: 0.0).
kernel: StringKernel type (default: “gaussian”).
max_iter: usizeMaximum backfitting iterations (default: 50).
epsilon: f64Convergence threshold on max component-delta (default: 1e-6).
