#[non_exhaustive]pub struct PermTestConfig {
pub n_perm: usize,
pub seed: u64,
pub statistic: PermTestStatistic,
}Expand description
Configuration for permutation_test_fam.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.n_perm: usizeNumber of permutations (default: 999).
seed: u64Random seed for reproducibility (default: 42).
statistic: PermTestStatisticTest statistic to use (default: PermTestStatistic::R2).
