Strategy for in-grid NaN imputation in a regular FdMatrix.
Used with impute_missing_values to specify how NaN entries are replaced
in each curve.
Leading or trailing NaN values (no neighbor on one side) are filled with
the nearest valid value (boundary extension) for the Linear strategy.
Variants§
Linear
Linear interpolation between the nearest non-NaN neighbors.
For gaps at the boundary (leading or trailing NaN), the nearest valid value is used as boundary extension.
Mean
Replace each NaN with the curve’s mean of its non-NaN values.
Constant(f64)
Replace each NaN with a user-supplied constant value.
