Result of Bayesian pairwise alignment.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.posterior_gammas: FdMatrixPosterior warping function samples (n_samples x m), after burn-in.
posterior_mean_gamma: Vec<f64>Pointwise posterior mean warping function (length m).
credible_lower: Vec<f64>Pointwise 2.5% credible band (length m).
credible_upper: Vec<f64>Pointwise 97.5% credible band (length m).
acceptance_rate: f64MCMC acceptance rate.
f_aligned_mean: Vec<f64>f2 aligned to f1 using the posterior mean warping function.
