Result of the peak persistence analysis across a sweep of lambda values.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.lambdas: Vec<f64>Lambda values evaluated.
peak_counts: Vec<usize>Number of peaks in the Karcher mean at each lambda.
persistence_pairs: Vec<(usize, usize)>Persistence pairs: (birth_lambda_index, death_lambda_index).
Each pair describes a maximal interval where the peak count is constant.
optimal_lambda: f64Optimal lambda (center of the longest stable interval).
optimal_index: usizeIndex into lambdas for the optimal value.
