Failure policy for RecordTransform::JsonParse. Default: Keep.

A 1→1 record transform cannot drop a record, so there is no skip_record policy — compose a downstream filter stage if you need to drop rows whose JSON failed to parse.

Replace the un-parseable value with Value::Null.
