The state of a caller-owned nonquiescent HTTP shutdown handle.

A Pending result means the listener’s bounded shutdown drain expired, but the connection task remains owned by this handle and its enclosing asupersync region. It was neither detached nor transferred to global state.

Every retained child has reached a terminal state, but one or more children panicked or violated the handle’s single-consumption contract.
