Final pagination parameters shared by the core catalog methods.

This is intentionally separate from the legacy list parameter structs: final requests always carry the common metadata object, while the legacy wire era negotiates through its initialize request instead.

Required final request metadata.

cursor: Option<String>

Opaque pagination cursor; a present empty cursor remains present.

include_tags: Option<Vec<String>>

Only include catalog entries with every listed tag.

exclude_tags: Option<Vec<String>>

Exclude catalog entries with any listed tag.
