Why a run is partial.

Variants

RuntimeError

At least one mutant has the status runtime_error.

MutantLimit

The mutant limit left covered mutants pending.

TimeBudget

The time budget ended before each mutant ran.

SkippedFiles

The plan did not instrument at least one selected file.

UnloadedFiles

The runner never loaded at least one instrumented file that has a planned mutant and a static test file.

TestFilesNotDiscovered

The runner does not list at least one static test file, so its tests never ran. A mutant that only such a file reaches is no_coverage or survived without proof. The errors entry test-files-not-discovered names the files.

BaselineFailure

A test or a test file failed before any mutant was active.

WorktreeChanged

The run changed the git worktree.

TypecheckFailed

The type check of the survivors failed, so a survivor can be a mutant that does not type-check.

WorktreeUnchecked

The end-of-run worktree check failed, so stray writes are unknown.
