ChangedSinceBase(DiffIndex)

The added lines of a diff against the base ref. Build the index with the existing diff machinery (changed_files::try_get_changed_diff, DiffIndex::from_unified_diff and diff_source::place_diff). Only mutants that overlap an added line are kept.
