Expand description

Result of churn analysis.

Fields§

§files: FxHashMap<PathBuf, FileChurn>

Per-file churn data, keyed by absolute path.

§shallow_clone: bool

Whether the repository is a shallow clone.

§author_pool: Vec<String>

Author email pool. Per-file AuthorContribution entries reference authors by their index into this vector.

§clock: AnalysisClock

The instant recency weighting and staleness were measured against. Ownership and routing reuse it so every churn-derived number in one run agrees on “now”.

§git_log_bytes: u64

Bytes of git log output that this run read. Zero when the churn cache or a churn file supplied all the history.

§commits: Vec<ChurnCommit>

Every commit in the history window with the files it changed, sorted by committer timestamp and then by id. The history window can be wider than the window of files, see analyze_churn_cached_with_history. Imported events without a commit id are not in this list.
