One per-record skip event (§11.1).

Surfaced via stderr and counted in crate::Envelope’s result.skipped. Skips are not errors — they are routine best-effort signal preservation.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

record_index: usize

Zero-based index of the input record that was skipped.

reason: SkipReason

Why the record was skipped.
