Parse EXIF data from a byte slice (starting at the TIFF header).

pub fn read_as_named_ifd(data: &[u8], ifd_name: &str) -> Vec<Tag>

Parse a TIFF where IFD0 is treated as a named IFD (e.g. “GPS”, “ExifIFD”). Used for CR3 CMT4 (GPS-only TIFF) and CMT2 (ExifIFD-only TIFF). Does NOT emit ExifByteOrder or do MakerNote/IFD1 processing.
