IntegrityCheck

Enum IntegrityCheck

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub enum IntegrityCheck { Skip, DecodeToEof(DecompressionBudget), }
Expand description

Whether verify checks payload integrity.

A budget without the check is unrepresentable: the budget lives inside the DecodeToEof variant.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
§

Skip

Metadata-only verification (the default).

§

DecodeToEof(DecompressionBudget)

Decode payload to the decoder’s EOF so checksums and codec framing are verified, spending at most the given budget on extra decoding.
