Sets the decoded batch budget. A chunk larger than this budget is processed alone. Encoded buffers, decoder scratch space, and existing reader caches are additional memory.

Limits retained analysis findings; suppressed findings are counted. Scanning continues after this limit is reached. Zero retains no findings.
