Compiled filter for crate::traits::SessionFileSystem::grep_files.

Patterns containing glob metacharacters use segment-aware glob semantics. A basename-only glob (for example *.rs) matches at any depth. Patterns without glob metacharacters retain the legacy substring behavior.
