Sealed

The durable engine deliberately stopped (sealed) the child’s turn to prevent further waste (no forward progress, or budget exhausted). This is terminal and non-retryable, and is intentionally distinct from Failed so the parent agent can decide what to do next (the seal reason is carried in the child’s final assistant message / spawn result).
