A compiled moderation check, carried separately from the sync checks because it must be evaluated asynchronously (utility-LLM classifier call) on the end-of-message output seam (EVE-573).

Fields§

§index: usize§label: String§stage: GuardrailStage§on_fail: GuardrailOnFail§replacement: Option<String>§categories: Vec<String>

Categories to score. Never empty after compile — defaults to DEFAULT_MODERATION_CATEGORIES when the config specifies none.

§threshold: u8

Block threshold as a percentage (0..=100): a category scoring at or above this value trips the check.
