Source§

impl Representation for TimeSurface

Source§

fn generate_on( &self, stream: &EventStream, device: Device, ) -> Result<EventFrame, RepresentationError>

The kernel keeps the smallest age per pixel and polarity with an integer atomicMin, which is the same quantity the CPU’s “latest timestamp” is, and maps it through the same exp on readback. Order cannot matter to a minimum, so this is exact up to the one exp.

Source§

type Output = EventFrame

Source§

fn generate( &self, stream: &EventStream, ) -> Result<EventFrame, RepresentationError>

The reference implementation, on the CPU. Always available, always the definition of what this representation is: the GPU kernels are checked against it, not the other way round.
