now: Option<f64>

Epoch ms today() / now() read; None = the wall clock.

offset: Option<&'a (dyn Fn(f64) -> i32 + Send + Sync)>

Minutes east of UTC at an instant; None = UTC.

max_steps: Option<usize>

The step limit (default MAX_STEPS).
