cluster_id: Option<String>

An internal identifier for the cluster.

etcd_index: Option<u64>

A unique, monotonically-incrementing integer created for each change to etcd.

A unique, monotonically-incrementing integer used by the Raft protocol.

raft_term: Option<u64>

The current Raft election term.
