Command to transmit infrared/RF data using raw timings

Fields

device_id: u32

key: u32

Key identifying the transmitter instance

carrier_frequency: u32

Carrier frequency in Hz

repeat_count: u32

Number of times to transmit (1 = once, 2 = twice, etc.)

timings: Vec<i32>

Raw timings in microseconds (zigzag-encoded): positive = mark (LED/TX on), negative = space (LED/TX off)

modulation: u32

RadioFrequencyModulation enum value (0 = OOK; ignored for IR entities)
