Fresh facade session identity for re-admitted interventions.

max_predictions: u64

Absolute prediction limit, including inherited committed predictions.

capture_limits: Option<CaptureLimits>

Required for a captured/intervened source; includes inherited consumption.

intervention: Option<InterventionPlan>

None inherits operations; Some replaces only future scheduled operations.

host_bytes: Option<u64>

Complete child facade semantic/output storage estimate. Controller costs are supplied separately by SnapshotTokenController.

continuation_growth_bytes: Option<u64>

Additional retained allowance for state growth through the admitted limit. This is not charged as already-copied data. Unknown growth fails closed.
