A snapshot of a single frame’s state.

This captures the complete state of the backend at a point in time, useful for comparing frames or serializing for testing.

Uses Arc<[EnhancedCell]> for copy-on-write semantics - snapshots share cell data until mutation is needed, avoiding expensive clones.
