Result of verify_stream.

schema_version tracks VerificationReport’s, and each embedded report is an ordinary report with the same schema, so an existing consumer can read them without change.

Fields

schema_version: String

Report schema version, matching VerificationReport::schema_version.

encapsulation: StreamEncapsulation

The encapsulation the stream was verified under.

method: StreamMethod

The method the stream was verified under.

integrity: String

"valid" only when every presented byte was bound: for StreamMethod::VerifiableSegmentInfo the init manifest’s own integrity (which now carries every segment’s result); for StreamMethod::PerSegment every segment’s integrity AND the recomputed chain.

stream: Option<VerificationReport>

The init manifest’s report, for StreamMethod::VerifiableSegmentInfo.

segments: Vec<SegmentReport>

Per-segment reports, for StreamMethod::PerSegment.

chain_valid: Option<bool>

Whether the prior-manifest chain recomputed, for StreamMethod::PerSegment. None for the other method, which has no chain.

chain_failures: Vec<String>

Why chain_valid is false, in stream order.

network: NetworkReport

What this verification did, or could have done, on the network.
