A fault injected into a node through TaskNode::inject. The verbs act on the task, not the worker.

  • Stall: stop polling the worker.
  • Wedge: hide shutdown and swallow the ack.
  • Crash: drop the worker future.
  • Hog: busy-spin the executor for the given bound.

Off by default. For benches, tests, and dashboards.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)§

This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
