Whether the bundle gets a generated /etc/ld.so.cache.
The loader searches a fixed set of directories plus whatever the objects
themselves declare; everything else it knows comes from the cache, and a
bundle has no ldconfig to build one. CachePolicy::Auto therefore
writes a cache exactly when the plan contains something the loader would
otherwise fail to find.
