Struct ObjectId

Used for tracking dependencies between objects and to handle renames.

ObjectId has a bit odd equality behavior. If any of the values are none, then all an ObjectId is considered equal to any other ObjectId. This makes it easier to deal with in tests, while still making it possible to use it as a key to link things..
