状态变化事件(0.11.0 第3刀;线名 eStatus.<派生网关名>)。

一条事件 = 变化 + 整份快照(二合一):界面一次到货做三件事 (打文案 / 回写状态列 / 去重告警),零回查、零轮询。发布纪律:SDK 回调 → with_ingress → TdOut::Status/MdOut::Status → 插件 worker publish;回调线程不许裸发(与数据面同一条规矩)。
