Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

NoSystem

System

The system is no absolute URI, or it holds a |.

Priority

The system is the code system of the priority categories.

Code

The code is empty, has leading or trailing whitespace, holds whitespace other than single spaces, or holds a character below U+0020.
