Expand description

What a national contact point for digital health relays with a request.

The health professional and the healthcare provider of another Member State, as the contact point asserts them (Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/2099 Art 7 and its Annex Tables 1 and 2). The recording system verified the contact point, never the professional: Art 6(1) and (2) give their identification and authentication to the entity the Member State of the professional lists. Debug shows the country and none of the other values.

Fields§

§contact_point: String

The contact point that asserted them, by the issuer of its token.

§country_code: String

country_code: the ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code of the Member State that issued the professional’s identification data.

§professional: RelayedProfessional

The health professional (Annex Table 1).

§provider: RelayedProvider

The healthcare provider (Annex Table 2).
