Position and size of a native window.

Windows and Linux position windows in physical pixels, which are unambiguous across monitors with different scale factors. Mac positions them in logical points. We store the position in pixels together with the scale factor it was saved with, so it can be converted to the logical units winit and Mac expect at restore time.
